Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Beecard app or website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use our services.

Beecard provides a platform for creating, customizing and sharing digital business cards via QR code, NFC or link, as well as additional features such as analytics and AI-powered profiles.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information during registration.

You agree not to use Beecard for illegal or fraudulent purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to distribute offensive, defamatory or misleading content through your digital card.

Beecard offers a free plan and paid plans with additional features, including business solutions. Pricing and features for each plan are described on the website's pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Payments for paid plans or business services are processed through external payment providers, subject to their respective terms.

All intellectual property rights relating to the app, website, the Beecard brand, design and underlying technology belong to Beecard (a Beetravel) or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, modify or distribute these elements without prior authorization.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your digital card (text, images, links). By uploading content, you grant Beecard a limited license to store and display it as needed to provide the service.

Beecard is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Beecard (a Beetravel) is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from the use or inability to use the services.

We may suspend or terminate access to your account in case of breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from the use of the services shall be settled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

If you are a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence and to use the legally competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies for consumer matters.
